About Me :
I initially pursued veterinary school and held various roles before discovering my true calling as a therapist. I've always been ambitious, but like many multi-talented individuals, I found it challenging to pinpoint the right career path. Along the way, I realised my deep love for helping people and uncovered a new understanding of communication.
Building meaningful connections and fostering community is incredibly important to me, as I believe these experiences shape who we become.

My Ethos :

What I Value Most is
Love and Connection
I’m passionate about traveling and inspiring others to step outside their comfort zones.

It’s okay to feel lost or out of sync with the world, you’re not alone.
Together, we’ll take things one step at a time, creating personalised interventions and practical tools that help you make meaningful changes, whether big or small.

I have a special interest in anxiety and use techniques such as NLP, guided affective imagery, and hypnotherapy to create a safe, supportive space for growth and transformation.
